Trondheim Developer Conference 2014
The agenda consists of multiple tracks for front-end, back-end, agile, and some embedded developers.
The conference strives to reach a balance between local, national and international speakers.
We welcome talks are in English and Norwegian (Norwegians are in general fluently English-speaking).
Talks will be recorded and published unless otherwise is requested.
TDC is a community driven event for developers across all disciplines - from interaction design/front-end to large scale back-end solutions.
The conference has been sold out the last two years, and we are now aiming for about 600 participants.
There will be lots of opportunity to mingle with both speakers and participants during the day and on the after party.
Trondheim Developer Conference will be held for the third time on Monday October 27, 2014 in
Trondheim is the third largest city in Norway, and is dominated by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU),
Sintef, Atmel, ARM, Nordic and other technology-oriented institutions.
TDC is held at the beautiful Clarion Hotel Trondheim
one of Scandinavia's largest congress hotels, close to the harbor in central Trondheim. There are 400 rooms, 18 meeting rooms and a magnificent view!
Everything from the speakers' dinner, the conference halls, to your room is located under the same roof.
If you need input on how to best get to Trondheim, we will be happy to give you advice. Trondheim Airport Værnes is about 30 minutes outside the city, and transport is either by door-to-doors express-bus
or regular taxi.
There will be free WIFI both in your room, the speakers' lounge, and in the conference-area. If you need adapters, clickers,
extra rehearsal time or any else - please let us know and it will be arranged.
There will be 20 sponsors with creative booths and activities to enjoy during the session breaks.
The sponsors will be a mix of software companies and consultancies.
We will also invite up to 20 local startups with ICT-related product and services.
These will be present with stands and ready to discuss their new endeavours.
If you know any local startups that should be invited, please let us know
